Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge

“Aviva and Lockton have joined forces to enter Team Risky Business into our mutual client Samworth Brothers' Charity Challenge 2019. This is a gruelling event requiring an extensive and rigorous training programme in addition to enormous reserves of physical and mental stamina. The event has raised £1.9m for charity to date.

We are delighted to be doing this in support of the Alzheimer's Society.

This year's course remains a tightly guarded secret but we can expect to cover >45km on foot, cycle and canoe. We are also relishing the prospect of an assault course. Ominously the two page mandatory kit list includes a compass, emergency food, survival bags and a first aid kit. Fuelled by Cornish pasties and Soreen malt loaf; rarely will the competition have seen such resourceful & fearsome competitors.
